How fast do orders ship?

Stocked items are picked and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Kits are assembled to order and add one day.

What does shipping cost?

Flat ₹7 within the country, free on orders over ₹75. International rates are calculated at checkout by weight.

Can I return a part?

Unopened parts can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened electronics can be returned within 14 days if they are undamaged and static-safe packaging is intact.

A part arrived dead. Now what?

Send the order number and a short video of the fault. Confirmed dead-on-arrival parts are replaced with a prepaid return label, no debate.

Do the videos require buying a kit?

No. Every episode is free to watch and lists its parts individually, so you can buy the two components you are missing rather than a whole kit.

Do you support schools and clubs?

Yes. Bulk pricing applies from ten units of any part, and kit bundles for classroom sets include a spare-parts allocation.
