Terms of sale

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Your invoice shows the tax broken out, split as CGST and SGST for a sale inside Karnataka and as IGST for a sale to any other state.

We are not currently GST-registered, so no tax is charged separately and your document is a receipt of sale rather than a tax invoice.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order, which for an online payment happens once the payment is verified on our server.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price was listed in obvious error, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. In any of those cases you are refunded in full.

We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through our payment gateway, and Cash on Delivery where the order value and pincode allow it.

An order is only treated as paid once the payment gateway confirms it to our server. A message on your screen is not by itself confirmation, which is why we ask you to check order tracking if anything looked uncertain.

Components are sold for prototyping, education and hobby use. It is your responsibility to check a part is suitable for what you are building, and to observe its voltage, current and thermal limits.

Nothing we sell is qualified for medical, automotive-safety, aerospace or other life-critical use, and it should not be used in those applications.

Our videos and articles are provided free and in good faith. Follow them at your own risk, and take the usual precautions with mains electricity, lithium batteries, soldering irons and moving machinery.

Where something goes wrong with an order, our liability is limited to the value of that order. This does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer law, which we do not attempt to exclude.
