To fulfil an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give one, your email address and GSTIN. That is what a courier needs to find you and what the tax rules need on an invoice.

We keep your order history so you can look an order up later and so we can answer questions about it.

Card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs and OTPs never touch our servers. Online payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway; we receive only a transaction reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.

Anyone asking you for a card PIN or an OTP in our name is not us. We will never ask for one.

Only to process, ship and support your order, and to meet accounting obligations. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages unless you asked for them.

We share your name, address and phone number with the courier carrying your parcel, because otherwise it cannot be delivered.

The site uses a single cookie for staff sign-in, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart and the pincode you last checked. There is no third-party advertising or tracking on this site.

Video pages embed YouTube from its privacy-preserving domain, so a player only contacts YouTube once you press play.

Write to [email protected] or +91 90000 00000 to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We keep invoices for as long as tax law requires even after an account is closed, because we are obliged to.
