Shipping policy

Dispatched within 24 hours on stocked items.

Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we tell you the same day and refund that item in full.

Typical delivery is 3–7 working days from dispatch. Enter your pincode on any product page or at checkout for the estimate that applies to you — some regions are faster and a few are slower.

Estimates are working days, Monday to Saturday, and exclude the day the order is placed.

Shipping is ₹99 on most orders, and free on orders over ₹2,000. Remote pincodes may carry a surcharge, which is always shown before you pay.

Heavy or fragile items may ship at a higher rate; the exact amount appears in your order summary at checkout, never as a surprise afterwards.

Once your order ships we add the courier and tracking number to it. Look it up any time from Track order using your order number and the mobile number you ordered with.

If tracking has not moved for three working days, write to [email protected] or +91 90000 00000 with your order number and we will chase the courier.

Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was incomplete, we refund the order less the actual shipping cost, or re-ship it once you confirm a corrected address.
